Quality
Sebagai representatives of Christ’s Kingdom, Umat Tuhan diharapkan menunjukkan kualitas dari warga negara Kerajaan Allah.
“Sebagai warga Kerajaan Allah, kita harus menjadi garam dunia dan terang dunia, seperti kota yang terletak di atas gunung” Matius 5:13-16
Tujuan hidup kita adalah menjadi sempurna (teleio, dewasa penuh) “sama seperti Bapa kita adalah sempurna” Matius 5:48 dan Tuhan memberikan kepada kita kuasa transformasi (transformation power) untuk mengubah/memberi dampak bagi dunia.
SALT berbicara tentang Spiritual, Authority, Leadership, Transformer yaitu nilai rohani, memiliki otoritas ilahi, dan nilai-nilai kepemimpinan serta menjadi transformer/agen perubahan yang memberi dampak bagi sekeliling kita.
SPIRITUAL (Spiritual)
Colossians 3:12
Therefore, as God’s chosen people, holy and dearly loved, clothe yourselves with compassion, kindness, humility, gentleness and patience.

For God did not call us to be impure, but to live a holy life.

Make every effort to live in peace with everyone and to be holy; without holiness no one will see the Lord
AUTHORITY (Otoritas)
Ephesians 4: 11-13
So Christ himself gave the apostles, the prophets, the evangelists, the pastors and teachers, 12 to equip his people for works of service, so that the body of Christ may be built up
13 until we all reach unity in the faith and in the knowledge of the Son of God and become mature, attaining to the whole measure of the fullness of Christ.
LEADERSHIP (Kepemimpinan)
Joshua 1:7-8
“Be strong and very courageous. TRANSFORMER (Transformer)
Romans 12:2
Do not conform to the pattern of this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind. Then you will be able to test and approve what God’s will is —his good, pleasing and perfect will.
2 Corinthians 3:18
And we all, who with unveiled faces contemplate the Lord’s glory, are being transformed into his image with ever- increasing glory, which comes from the Lord, who is the Spirit
